Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).  Shipping cost may be waived based on order total as advertised on business home page.  Please note that shipping delays may occur if billing and shipping information are inaccurate or if the shipping address differs from the billing address. Our processing time is 2-3 business days. 

Delivery times depend on the Shipping Carrier and may experience delays, especially during holidays or high-volume periods.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent. Ensure your email address is correct to avoid missing this confirmation.

For items lost in transit, contact us if they haven't arrived within 10 days of ordering. We will investigate with USPS. If an item is confirmed lost, we will either replace it (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund. Cooperation with us and USPS is essential in processing a lost item claim.
