Decants

At Sigma Cents, we assure you that all our decants are authentic, directly from the original manufacturer's bottle (designer/designer inspired) or crafted by perfume houses from the United States (premium extraits).  However, personal preferences for scents vary, and we cannot guarantee that every fragrance will be to your liking.  This is the primary reason for purchasing a decant before blind buying an entire bottle.  With that being said, all sales are finalFor hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment if there are any issues with your order. If your bottles arrive damaged, or you believe you have received the incorrect product, we will do our best to make things right. We will not replace or exchange any items 3 days past the date of confirmed delivery.

Replacements will only be considered if a picture of the full order/ a clear image of the incorrect or damaged item is provided.

Sigma Cents will ensure items are delivered to the buyer's provided address, but once a package is marked delivered by USPS, the responsibility for a lost or stolen package shifts to the buyer. Sigma Cents is not responsible if the buyer fails to provide the correct mailing address.  If the mistake is on our end, we will make it right.
